Deleting your Plaud account is permanent. Read this before you proceed.
Applies to: v4.0.x or later. Still using v3.30.x or earlier Plaud Mobile App? See Delete account.
What happens when you delete your account
- Deletion is irreversible. All personal data is permanently deleted, including your cloud recording files, and can't be recovered.
- Your local files are removed as well.
- To use Plaud again later, you'll need to register a new account.
If you're deleting because something isn't working, the Help Center's troubleshooting articles may solve it first; take a look before you go.
How to delete your account?
- On the home screen, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then tap Settings.
- Under Account, tap Account & security, then tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You'll type a confirmation, and with two-step verification enabled you'll verify your identity first.
