Control which Plaud notifications you receive.

What notifications does Plaud send?
The new Plaud Mobile App groups notifications into six types, each with its own toggle:
- Meeting start: a reminder to start recording when a meeting starts.
- Meeting end: a reminder to stop recording when a meeting ends.
- Progress & alerts: recordings upload, transcriptions and notes are ready, or account actions are needed.
- Device alerts: device status, battery levels, and firmware updates.
- Agent tasks: Plaud Agent completes a task in Work mode or needs your action.
- News & offers: new features, events, and special offers.
How to manage notifications?
- On the home screen, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then tap Settings.
- Under General, tap Notifications, then turn on Receive notifications and toggle the notification types you want on or off.
FAQ about notifications
I turned notifications on but receive nothing.
Check your phone's system notification permission for the Plaud Mobile App as well. Both the system permission and the in-app setting need to be on.
