Group your recordings into folders and keep your library tidy.

How to create a folder?
- Click Library in the side navigation and open My files.
- Click + New folder at the top right. In the New folder dialog, enter a name, optionally pick an icon, and click Create. You can also create a folder from the folder picker while moving files.
How to rename or delete a folder?
- Rename a folder: click the folder's ⋯ menu (or tick its checkbox) and choose Rename.
- Move a folder: choose Move to folder to nest it under another folder.

Delete a folder: choose Move to Trash.
System folders
Plaud creates two pinned system folders that can't be edited: Recordings for device recordings and Imports for imported files. A Rescue folder appears only if folder moves conflict across devices at the same time.

Can folders be nested?
Yes. Custom folders can be nested up to 5 levels deep.
Do folders sync between the App and the Web?
Yes. Folders belong to your account, so changes on one platform show everywhere.
