What works on the Web that doesn't in the Mobile App?
Drag-and-drop upload from your computer, background export for large files, and hover interactions such as the source-tracing View bubble.
What needs the Plaud Mobile App?
Device operations: pairing, binding, device settings, and firmware. Turning on Private Cloud Sync also happens in the Mobile App. App Lock and system notifications are Mobile App features.
Is my data the same on both?
Yes. One account, one cloud library. Edits sync both ways, and your subscription covers every platform.
Does the Web have dark mode?
Yes. Dark mode ships across the Mobile App, Web, and Desktop.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Plaud Web runs in the browser. To record from the Web, go to the Home page and select + Add > Start recording.
