Deleting your Plaud account is permanent. Read this before you proceed.
What happens when you delete your account
- Deletion is irreversible. All personal data is permanently deleted, including your cloud recording files, and can't be recovered.
- To use Plaud again later, you'll need to register a new account.
If you're deleting because something isn't working, the Help Center's troubleshooting articles may solve it first; take a look before you go.
How to delete your account?
- On the Web, click your workspace name in the top-left corner and go to Settings → Account & security. Scroll to Account actions, then click Delete next to Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You'll type a confirmation, and with two-step verification enabled you'll verify your identity first.
FAQ
Does deleting from the Web also remove my data in the Mobile App?
Yes. Deletion applies to your account, not one platform: all your account data is removed everywhere.
