Calendar events link your recordings to your meetings on Plaud Web. Find a meeting the way you remember it.
How does the calendar work on the Web?
Once your calendar is connected, upcoming events appear in the Upcoming section at the top of the Home page (with Agenda / List / Day / Week / Month views), so you can see what's next. When a recording matches an event, the file is linked to it automatically and takes on the event's context. Below Upcoming, your Meeting notes are grouped chronologically, so you can scroll back to a meeting by when it happened.
How files link to calendar events
Plaud links a file to a calendar event automatically by matching:
- Title: the event name becomes the file title.
- Time: the recording's start time is matched against the event's start time.
Naming speakers: the event's attendees are offered as name options when you name speakers. You choose which attendee is which speaker; Plaud doesn't automatically match attendees to speakers.
If a recording doesn't match an event automatically, you can link it manually from the file.
Before you start
- Connect your calendar to Plaud. Currently only Google Calendar is supported.
- Files without a linked event still appear in your file lists as usual.
