Keep your library tidy: rename files, and move them where they belong.
Applies to: v4.0.x or later. Still using v3.30.x or earlier Plaud Web? See Rename, delete, move, merge, and restore files.
How to rename a file?
- Select the file, or open its ⋯ menu from the list.
- Choose Rename and enter the new name. Duplicate names can't be saved.
Titles are generated automatically from the transcript and any linked calendar event, so renaming is optional.
How to move files?
- Hover over files and tick the checkboxes to select one or more, then choose Move to folder and pick the destination. You can also use Move to folder from a file's ⋯ menu.
- Select several files to move them in batch. Name conflicts resolve automatically by appending a number.
Related actions
- Deleting and restoring: see Delete and restore recordings on Plaud Web. Deleted files go to Trash first.
