Symptoms
- You request a verification code but it does not arrive in your email inbox.
- This is usually caused by spam filtering, a full inbox, or an incorrect email address.
Steps

Check your spam folder
Check your spam folder to make sure the verification email did not end up there.

Free up inbox space
If your email inbox is full, delete some unimportant emails to free up space.

Confirm your email address
If you entered an incorrect email address during registration and cannot receive the code, register again with a valid email address.

Log in with Google or Apple
Try logging in via a Google or Apple account. First, update your Plaud App to the latest version:

- Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.plaud.android.plaud
Once updated, you will see the new login page when you open the app.
If the issue persists
If you still cannot receive the verification code after the steps above, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The email address you are using to register or log in.
- Your device model and OS version, plus the Plaud App version.
- The approximate time you last requested a code.
