If you cannot connect your PLUAD NOTE to the PLAUD App, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
For first-time connection issues:

Charge your PLAUD NOTE: Check if the recorder is out of power. If so, please charge it for at least 10 minutes.
-
Enable Bluetooth permission:
-
iOS: Go to your iPhone's Settings, find the "PLAUD" app, and ensure Bluetooth permissions are enabled.

-
Check the Indicator Light: When you press the record button, verify that the white light on your PLAUD NOTE turns on.
-
Reconnect to the App: If the light is on, try reconnecting to the app.
