Why is my activation code not working?
If you enter your activation code and see "Incorrect activation code entered! Please try again", try the steps below.
Re-enter the code carefully
- Copy and paste the code into the app (recommended).
- Make sure the code matches the original format (use ALL CAPS if the code is shown in capital letters).
- Remove any spaces before or after the code.
Check for look-alike characters
Some characters are easy to mix up:
- O (letter) vs 0 (zero)
- I (letter) vs 1 (one)
- S (letter) vs 5 (five)
Confirm you're using the right account
- Ensure you're logged into the correct Plaud account where you want the membership/quota applied.
Confirm the code is eligible
- Check whether the code was already redeemed (on this account or another account).
- If the code has an expiration date, confirm it hasn't expired.
- Make sure the code came from a purchase on our official website (if required for redemption).
If it still doesn't work
Please contact support@plaud.ai and include:
- Your Plaud account email
- Order number (if you purchased from the official website)
- The activation code (if safe to share)
- A screenshot of the error message and your Membership/Quota page
