Can I transfer my subscription to another account?
No. AI Membership is tied to the account that purchased it and can't be transferred to another account.
Can I switch my subscription between platforms?
Subscriptions are managed by the platform you used to purchase them: iOS through the App Store, Android through Google Play, and web purchases through Plaud Web. Upgrading or downgrading is only supported within the same platform.
To switch platforms, cancel your current subscription on its original platform first, then subscribe again on the new platform.
Does joining Plaud Team affect my personal subscription?
No. Plaud Team and personal AI Membership subscriptions are independent. Your personal subscription benefits continue unchanged after you join a Team workspace.
