Overview
Plans are monthly subscriptions with a transcription allowance that resets each billing month. Extra Minutes is a one-time top-up you can buy when you run out, without changing your plan.
What does each plan include?
- Starter (free): 300 transcription minutes each month, included with every Plaud device at no extra cost.
- Pro: 1,200 minutes (20 hours) each month, plus the full Plaud Intelligence feature set, including Ask Plaud and custom summary templates.
- Unlimited: up to 24 hours of transcription per day, with the same full feature set.
Unused plan minutes reset at the start of each billing month and don't carry over.
What is Extra Minutes?
Extra Minutes is a one-time top-up, available in 600, 3,000, or 6,000-minute packages. Your plan's monthly allowance is used first, and Extra Minutes are used after it runs out. They're valid for 24 months from activation, can be used for transcription only, and don't change your current plan.
