Can I still use the purchased transcription quota if I subscribe to the Unlimited Plan?

Yes. Your purchased Extra Minutes stay on your account when you subscribe to the Unlimited Plan, and you can still use them after the plan expires.
How are minutes used with the Unlimited Plan?
While your Unlimited Plan is active, Plaud uses your Unlimited Plan transcription first. Your purchased Extra Minutes are valid for 24 months from the date of activation, so they remain available even after your Unlimited Plan expires.
Are purchased minutes refundable?
No. Extra Minutes purchased through the Plaud App or Plaud Web are not refundable. If you buy them from the official website and have already activated the code, refunds are not available.
