This article explains what happens to your recordings, transcriptions, and summaries after Plaud finishes processing them.
What happens to my data after transcription?
By default, we do not keep your data on our servers after transcription is complete. Your data is only stored in the cloud if you have enabled the Private Cloud Sync feature in the Plaud app.
- If Private Cloud Sync is off: Your recordings, transcriptions, and summaries are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing.
- If Private Cloud Sync is on: Your data is encrypted and stored in the cloud. This data will only be deleted upon your explicit request.
