Unbind from the Plaud Business App
Before you begin: Make sure your Plaud device is powered on and connected to the app.
1. Go to Device Settings. Tap on your connected Plaud device at the top of the screen to open its settings.
2. Scroll to the "Unbind" Option. On the device settings page, scroll down to the bottom. Tap the "Disconnect or Unbind."
3. Choose to Unbind and Erase. From the choices on the final screen, tap "Unbind and Erase Plaud Note Content..." to remove the device from your business account..
Rebind to the Plaud: AI Note Taker App
Ensure you have already unbound the device from the Plaud Business app.
1. Open the Personal Plaud App. Log into the "Plaud: AI Note Taker" app on your phone. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Activate Your Device. Briefly press the record button on your Plaud device. A white light will turn on, signaling that it's ready to connect.
3. Connect in the App. In the app, tap the “+ Connect” button located in the top left corner. The app will begin searching for your device.
4. Complete the Binding. Once your Plaud device appears in the device list on-screen, select it to complete the binding process.
