Manage your files in Plaud Web by renaming, deleting, moving, merging, and restoring them.
What is file management?
Plaud Web lets you organize your files one at a time or in batches. You can rename, move, and delete individual files, merge or act on several at once, and restore deleted files from the Trash.
How to manage a single file?
- Locate the file you wish to modify.
- Click the "..." (more options) icon next to the file.
- Select an action from the menu:
- Rename: Change the file's name.
- Move: Relocate the file to a different folder.

Delete: Permanently remove the file.
How to manage multiple files at once?
- Hover your mouse over the file and you will see the checkboxes.
- Select the checkboxes for all files you want to manage.
- Click Merge, Move, or Delete to act on all selected files.
How to restore a file from the Trash?
Deleted files are moved to the Trash.
- Navigate to and click on the Trash folder.
- Inside, locate and select the file(s) you wish to recover.
- Click the Restore button. The file(s) will be returned to their original folder. If the folder has been deleted, the files will go back to "All files".
