How can I change my membership plan if I purchased it on the official website?

If you purchased and activated your membership on the official Plaud website, you can change your plan in either the Plaud App or Plaud Web.
Before you start
Please note:
- Plan changes are not applied immediately.
- Both upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
- You will see a confirmation message showing the exact date your new plan will begin.
Change your plan in the Plaud App
- Go to Explore and tap More details.
- Tap Switch plan.
- Select the plan you want and complete the payment process.
Change your plan on Plaud Web
- Go to Membership Center.
- Click Switch plan.
- Select the plan you want and complete the payment process.

When will my new plan take effect?
Your new plan will take effect on your next billing date. It will not start immediately after you make the change.
Why does the new plan start on the next billing date?
This is due to the subscription rules of the platform used to manage memberships on the official website. At this time, plan changes can only take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel or change a scheduled plan change?
Yes. Before the next billing cycle begins, you can cancel or update your scheduled plan change. The system will apply the most recent change you make before the renewal date.
Where can I see my scheduled plan change?
Your scheduled plan change is not displayed in the Plaud App or Plaud Web. To view your upcoming plan, please visit the subscription management section on the official website.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, your account will enter a 7-day grace period. During this time, you can update your payment information on the official website. If payment is not completed within the grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
Can I reactivate a canceled subscription?
No. Once a subscription is canceled, it cannot be reactivated. You will need to purchase a new subscription.
