Overview
If you purchased your membership on the official Plaud website, the steps to cancel depend on whether the subscription has been activated.
For unactivated subscriptions
- Log in to plaud.ai → My Account → Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription under You're Unactivated and confirm (no further charges will be incurred after cancellation)
- Contact support@plaud.ai to apply for a refund, which we will review per our official refund policy
For activated subscriptions
Contact our customer support team directly to submit your request (cancel auto-renewal only, or immediate service stop + refund). We will review your application and assist you per our refund policy.
- Note: Canceling auto-renewal only will keep your service active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
