If you fail to activate your membership on the activation center of the official website, this article explains the most common causes.
Possible reasons
If activation fails, one of the following may apply:
- Your order may have already been activated by another Plaud account. If you have multiple Plaud accounts, please make sure you log in to the correct account.
- Your current Plaud account may already have an active subscription. Please check whether your account has an ongoing subscription. One Plaud account can only activate one subscription.
