The page says “This version is currently unavailable due to your country/region.” Does that mean my region is restricted?
- Yes. This message usually means the current version no longer provides services in your country/region, or only offers limited functionality.
- Account systems, data environments, and membership benefits are independent by region and cannot be interconnected across regions.
When the current version no longer provides services in my region, what can I still do in the Mobile App/Web?
- The original version will no longer support online services in that region, such as:
- Cloud login
- Sync
- Transcription
- Web access
- Local device features (like on-device recording) can still be used.
- If you want to continue using online services, install the version for your current region and complete data transfer as instructed.
If I use the Mobile App in a different country/region from where I downloaded it, what restrictions will I face?
- Accounts registered in one regional system cannot be directly used to log in to the Web/Mobile App of another region, and you cannot log in to multiple regional accounts at the same time.
- It’s recommended to:
- Register a new account in the version for the new region:
- Use the data transfer tool as needed to import eligible data into the new system.
