How to find the email address used for my Plaud account?

If you’d like to find the email address used for your Plaud account, please follow the instructions below.

If you used an email address and password to register and log in

1. Open the Plaud app and tap the icon in the top-right corner to go to the Settings page.
   
2. Tap Profile.
   
3. Tap Login methods.
   
4. You will see the email address for the account you’re currently logged in to.
   

If you used Google or Apple to log in

If you cannot find your email address and see the page below, it means you used Google or Apple to log in. Please follow the instructions below.

iOS

1. Open the Settings app and tap your Apple ID at the top to open your account details page.
   
2. Scroll down and tap Sign in with Apple.
   
3. Find Plaud and tap it.
   
4. Tap Manage Hide My Email to see your full email address.
   

Note: If you did not enable the Hide My Email feature, you will see your real email address after step 3.

Android

1. Open the Settings app and go to your Google account details page.
   
2. You will see the email address there.
   
3. Tap Connected apps and check whether Plaud appears. If it does, this means this email address is for the Plaud account you’re currently logged in to.
   

Plaud Web

If you have already logged in to Plaud Web before, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings page.
   
2. You will see the email address linked to the account you’re currently logged in to.
   

If you are still unable to find the email address, contact support@plaud.ai and provide the Serial Number (SN) of your device for further assistance. To locate your SN, see the guide for your device: Plaud Note, Plaud NotePin, or Plaud Note Pro.
