This article explains whether you can change the email address on your Plaud account and what alternatives are available.
Can I change my account email address?
No, Plaud currently does not support changing your email address directly. However, you have two alternative options:
Add a new login method
Link your new email address as an additional login option, so your existing data and membership stay in the same account. See Sign-in methods for how to manage your login methods.
Create a new account
If you prefer to register a new account with your new email address, please note that your membership and data are tied to the old account and cannot be transferred automatically. We can help by terminating the membership on your old account and providing an activation code for the remaining months. This allows you to continue your membership on the new account. You'll need to manually export your recordings from the old account and import them into the new one. If you need further assistance, contact support@plaud.ai.
