Why did my Starter plan disappear?
Short answer
If you unbind your device and your account has no other device bound, your Starter membership may be cancelled after 30 days without any bound devices.
What this means
Starter is tied to having at least one device linked ("bound") to your account. If your account has zero bound devices, the system may remove Starter after a 30-day period.
How to check and fix it

Check if any device is bound
- Open the app settings and look for Devices to see whether a device is currently linked.

If you unbound your last device recently (within 30 days)
- Bind a device again as soon as possible to keep Starter active (or prevent it from being cancelled).

If it has been 30 days or more with no bound devices
- Starter may already be cancelled.
- Bind a device first, then the Starter plan will be re-activated automatically.
If this doesn't look right
Contact support@plaud.ai if any of these apply:
- You still have a bound device, but Starter is missing.
- Starter disappeared before 30 days after you unbound your last device.
- You didn't unbind any device and don't recognize the change.
When you contact Support, please share:
- Your account email/ID
- The approximate date you unbound (if known)
- A screenshot of your Devices page and Plan/Membership page
