What is a Referral Link
A referral link is a special link you can share with friends or family. When they use it to buy an eligible Plaud device on the official website, they get a discount.
Before You Start
- Make sure you’re logged in to the Plaud App.
- Referral features may vary by region or account eligibility.
- The discount works on the official website only (not in retail stores or other channels).
How to Get and Share Your Referral Link
- Open the Plaud App.

Tap Explore → Refer a Friend.

Tap Copy my link.
- Your unique referral link and discount code will be copied automatically.
- Paste and share the link (or the code) with your friend via message, email, or social apps.
How Your Friend Uses the Referral Link
- Your friend clicks the referral link.
- On the official website, the discount code should be applied automatically at checkout.
- They complete the purchase and receive 10% off eligible Plaud hardware devices.
If the Discount Doesn’t Apply Automatically
- Ask your friend to copy the discount code you shared.
- At checkout, paste the code into the Discount / Promo code field and tap Apply.
- Confirm the order total updates to show the discount.
Rules and Limitations
- Usage limit: Each referral link can be used up to 5 times to redeem the discount.

Discount details:
- Referred friends get 10% off (pay 90% of the original price).
- The discount applies to Plaud hardware devices only (not accessories or software subscriptions).
- Where it works: The code is valid only on the official website.
- Stacking: Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, or seasonal discounts.
Troubleshooting

I can’t find “Refer a Friend”:
- Confirm you’re logged in.
- Update the Plaud App to the latest version and restart the app.
- If it still doesn’t appear, the referral program may be unavailable in your region or account.

“Share your link” didn’t copy anything:
- Tap Share your link again and try pasting into Notes to verify.
- Restart the app and try again.

Code is rejected at checkout:
- Confirm the cart contains eligible Plaud hardware devices only.
- Remove other promotions/coupons and try again.
- Make sure the purchase is on the official website.
