Overview
If you purchased a Plaud membership on our official website (powered by Shopify + Appstle), you can activate it using the activation email sent after checkout.
After you purchase
You may receive up to two emails:
- Shopify Order Confirmation (your payment receipt)
- Appstle Subscription Activation Email (contains the activation link)
How to activate
- Open the Appstle Subscription Activation email.
- Click Activate Your Plaud in the email.
- You will be directed to Plaud Web—log in with the Plaud ID you want to use.
- Go to Membership Center and confirm your membership shows Active.
Important notes
- You can purchase membership more than once, but one Plaud ID can only activate one membership.
If you purchased multiple memberships, please activate each one using a different Plaud ID.
- The activation link is tied to your purchase and may expire or become invalid if used incorrectly.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the activation email
- Check Spam / Promotions / Junk folders.
- Search your mailbox for "Plaud" or "Subscription".
- Make sure you are checking the same email address used at checkout.
The activation link is invalid or expired
- Try opening the email on a different browser/device.
- If it still doesn't work, contact support@plaud.ai to request a new activation link.
My membership doesn't appear after activation
- Confirm you logged in with the correct Plaud account.
- If you have multiple Plaud accounts, the membership may have been activated on another ID.
Contact support
If the issue remains, please contact support@plaud.ai and include:
- Your order number (from the Shopify confirmation email)
- The email used at checkout
- The Plaud ID you tried to activate
- A screenshot of the error (if any)
