Overview
The Account Usage page summarizes your recording activity over time. This article explains how each metric is calculated.
Metric Definitions
Days
The number of unique calendar days on which you created at least one recording, based on your local timezone.
- We use each recording’s
createTime, convert it to your local time, and round down to the day. - Multiple recordings on the same day count as 1 day.
Recordings
The number of valid recordings in your account.
A recording is counted only if:
createTimeis not null, anddeleteStateis not 1 or 2 (items marked as deleted are excluded).
Day Streak
Your longest streak of consecutive days where each day has at least one valid recording.
Hours
The total duration of all valid recordings, shown in hours.
- Calculation: total duration (milliseconds) ÷ 3,600,000
- Display: rounded to 1 decimal place
Most Recordings in a Day
The highest number of valid recordings you made on any single day.
Longest Recording (H)
The maximum total recording time within a single day (not the longest single recording).
Example: If you recorded 20 minutes + 40 minutes on the same day, that day’s total is 60 minutes.
Heatmap (Last 52 Weeks)
The heatmap shows your daily recording activity for the most recent 52 weeks.
- Each day’s count is capped at 3.
- Color levels represent 0 / 1 / 2+ recordings for that day.
Notes
- All “day-based” metrics use your local timezone at the time the data is evaluated.
- Deleted items and items missing
createTimeare not included in usage counts.
