Plaud Team is built on a privacy-first model. Everything you create is exclusively yours, completely hidden from other Members and Admins, until you explicitly invite someone to view it.
Can an Admin see my recordings?
No. Admins cannot access any Member's content in the Team workspace. The Admin role covers managing Members, seats, devices, billing, and workspace settings, not viewing or accessing Member files.
Can other Members see my content?
No. Your content in the Team workspace is only visible to you. Other Members cannot browse or access your recordings and notes unless you explicitly share something with them via an invite.
FAQ about Team workspace privacy
How do I share a specific file with a colleague?
Use the invite feature in the Share panel on Plaud App or Plaud Web. Open the file, tap or click Share, then select Invite and choose the Team workspace Member you want to share with. All shared content is view-only. See Sharing content in Plaud Team for details.
Does joining a Team workspace change my Personal workspace?
No. Joining a Team workspace does not touch your Personal workspace — your personal content, settings, and individual subscription (if any) remain completely unchanged.
Are shared files visible to everyone in the workspace?
No — only to the specific Team workspace Members you invite. Other Members cannot see the file unless you explicitly invite them.
Can the Admin delete my content?
No. Admins cannot access or delete any individual Member's content. Admin governance covers membership, devices, billing, and workspace settings — not Member files.
