Workspace management on Plaud Web gives Admins a single place to handle workspace configuration, Member management, device visibility, billing, and security.
Before you start
- You need the Admin role to access Workspace management. Members cannot view or change workspace settings.
- The Workspace management is only available on Plaud Web — it is not supported on the Plaud App.
- Some actions (like updating payment methods or company billing info) redirect you to the Stripe portal.
How do I access Workspace management?
On Plaud Web:
- Sign in to Plaud Web and make sure your Team workspace is your active workspace.
- Go to Settings → Workspace management.
What sections are in Workspace management?
General
Update basic workspace information:
- Workspace name — the display name for your Team workspace

Company country — determines your data region and tax jurisdiction. Set during signup; cannot be changed afterwards.
Members & roles
Manage your team's membership:
- View all current Members and their roles (Admin or Member)
- Invite new Members by email
- Cancel or resend pending invitations
- Change a Member's role (promote to Admin or change back to Member)
- Remove Members from the workspace

Billing & plan
Manage your subscription and payment details:
- View your current plan, next payment date, and subscription status
- Add or remove seats
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Update payment methods and company billing information (via Stripe portal)
- Download invoices and view payment history

Devices
View all Plaud devices synced under the Team workspace. The device list shows each device's model, associated Member, and sync status. Devices appear here after a Member completes their first sync with the Team workspace active.

FAQ about Workspace management
Can I manage my workspace from the Plaud App?
Workspace management is exclusively available on Plaud Web. You will need to use the web platform to handle billing, seats, role changes, device lists, and settings. However, member invitations can also be sent from a mobile browser. See Who can join my workspace? for details.
Can multiple Admins manage the same workspace?
Yes, a workspace can have more than one Admin. All Admins share the exact same privileges, meaning any changes made by one Admin are visible to the others.
