Overview
Plaud offers a 10% discount to eligible customers on official Plaud stores. Who qualifies depends on the store you shop from:
- US and Canada: students, educators, healthcare professionals, and military members (active-duty and veterans)
- UK, Australia, Southeast Asia, UAE, EU, and other regions: students and educators
This article explains who qualifies in each region, which products are included, and how to verify your status. Discount details can change, so your regional store's discount page is always the source of truth.
Who is eligible for the discount?
On the US and Canada stores (plaud.ai, ca.plaud.ai):
- Students currently enrolled at accredited universities
- Educators and faculty certified at accredited institutions
- Healthcare staff and medical providers at accredited institutions
- Military active-duty service members and veterans
On other regional stores (UK, Australia, Southeast Asia, UAE, EU, and more): students and educators only.
Which products are eligible?
The 10% discount applies to Plaud Note Pro, Plaud Note, Plaud NotePin S, and Plaud NotePin. On some regional stores (such as UAE and EU), bundles that include an annual AI plan are also eligible; check your store's discount page for details. The offer is valid on full-priced products only, and it can't be combined with other discounts or promotions. Minimum-spend requirements may apply on some stores (for example, the teacher discount on the Australia store requires a minimum spend of $200).
How do I get verified?
Visit your regional store's discount page, select the option that applies to you, and complete verification through the partner shown:

Does Plaud offer a military discount?
Yes, on the US, Canada, and Latin America stores. Current and former U.S. military members can verify through GOVX ID or ID.me on the US military discount page. On the Canada store, military members verify through ID.me. On the Latin America store, military members verify through the eligible discount page. Military discounts aren't currently available on other regional stores.
Does Plaud offer nonprofit or Blue Light Card discounts?
Not at this time. If a new program launches, we'll update this article.
What if my verification fails?
Double-check your details and try again. You can also choose another verification partner available in your region.
Can I use the discount more than once?
The discount applies to one purchase per verified user. On the US store, military members can generate a new single-use code through GOVX ID, limited to one code per day.
Is my information shared with Plaud?
No. Plaud's trusted partners handle verification securely, and Plaud doesn't store your sensitive verification details. Plaud's products and services follow strict global security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, GDPR, SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, and EN 18031. You can learn more in the Plaud Trust Center.
