Symptoms
- You cannot log in to the Plaud App because you do not remember your password.
- You can reset the password yourself using the Forgot password option on the login page.
Steps
- On the Plaud App login page, tap Forgot password.
- Enter the email address linked to your Plaud account and your new password. Tap the eye icon to view the password as you type.
- Open your inbox and find the verification code email.
- Enter the verification code in the app to confirm the password reset.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password. Make sure the new password meets the requirements shown in the app.
If the issue persists
If you do not receive the verification code, first check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the email address registered to your Plaud account. If you still cannot reset your password, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The email address linked to your Plaud account.
- Your device model and OS version, plus the Plaud App version.
- A screenshot of any error message shown during the reset.
