Symptoms
- You can't log in to the Plaud App with your existing account.
- You can't create a new Plaud account, or sign-up doesn't complete.
Steps
- Update the Plaud App. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then try again.
- Check your network connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or try another network, then retry.
- Use the sign-in method you registered with. A Plaud account is tied to the sign-in method you used when you created it: email, Google, or Apple. Signing in with the same email address through a different method can create a separate, empty account or fail. If you're unsure, try each method you may have used, starting with the one you registered with. For an overview, see Sign-in methods
- No verification code? Check your email. If you sign in with email and the verification code doesn't arrive, see Verification code not received
- Forgotten your password? See Forgotten login password
- Registration restriction notice. If you see a notice saying account registration is temporarily unavailable in your country or region, this is a compliance restriction, not an account error. See Why did I see a registration restriction notice when creating a new account?
- Try Plaud Web. Log in at https://web.plaud.ai/ with the same account. If Plaud Web works but the app doesn't, reinstall the Plaud App and try again.
If the issue persists
