This article explains how the Plaud referral program works in the United States and Canada, including the rewards for you and your friend, how to claim your reward, and which orders qualify.
What do I and my friend get?
The referral program rewards both sides. Your friend gets 10% off an eligible Plaud device when they order through your referral link. You get one month of the Unlimited Plan (a $29.99 value) for each eligible referral order, delivered as an activation code by email.
Each eligible referral order earns one reward. For example, three eligible referral orders earn three months of the Unlimited Plan.
Rewards apply to orders placed on or after August 6, 2026 on the US and Canada official stores.
How do I refer a friend?
Share your referral link from the Plaud App. Open the app, tap Explore → Refer a Friend, and copy your link. For detailed steps, see How to find and share your referral link in the Plaud App?
Your friend must open your referral link and complete their order on the referral page it leads to. The 10% discount applies automatically at checkout. The discount is valid only on the official Plaud online store, so orders placed elsewhere on the site, on Amazon, or through other retailers don't qualify.
Each referral link can be used up to 5 times, so one link can earn you up to 5 rewards total.
Which products are eligible?
The referral discount currently applies to:
- Plaud Note Pro
- Plaud NotePin S
- Plaud Note
- Plaud NotePin
Product availability may change, so check the referral page and checkout for the current lineup. The referral discount can't be combined with any other promotions or discount codes.
How do I claim my reward?
Submit the reward claim form on the referral page after your friend completes their purchase:
In the claim form, enter your referral code and your email address.
You only need to submit the claim form once per referral code. After your first claim is verified, any later eligible orders from the same referral code are processed automatically. Orders placed before you submit your claim still count, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements.
Your reward is sent to the email address you enter in the claim form, and that address stays linked to your referral code for future rewards.
When will I receive my reward?
Verification typically takes up to 10 business days after you submit your claim. A referral order qualifies for a reward once it has been:
- Successfully fulfilled
- Not canceled
- Not fully refunded
Orders with a partial refund require additional review before a reward can be confirmed.
