Overview
Plaud runs a separate official store for each region, and each store ships only within its own region. Order from the store that matches your shipping address. If the checkout page doesn't accept your address, that address isn't covered.
Which regions does each official store ship to?
- United States (plaud.ai): ships within the United States only. Typical delivery is 3 to 7 business days. Remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska can take up to 20 business days. No delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping is free.
- United Kingdom (uk.plaud.ai): ships within the United Kingdom only. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 working days. No delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping is free.
- Europe (de.plaud.ai): ships to Germany in 1 to 3 working days, other European Union countries in 3 to 5 working days, and European countries outside the EU in 10 to 15 days. Shipping is free on orders over €50 and costs €14.99 below that. Some remote islands and overseas territories aren't covered, and no delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For Andorra, Cyprus, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Vatican City, Lebanon, French Polynesia, Norway, and Switzerland, import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Japan (jp.plaud.ai): ships within Japan. Typical delivery is 1 to 5 days. Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands can take around 7 days. Shipping is included in the product price.
- Taiwan (tw.plaud.ai): ships to the Taiwan main island and outlying islands. Home delivery takes 1 to 3 days, and convenience store pickup takes 2 to 4 days.
- Hong Kong (hk.plaud.ai): ships within Hong Kong. Typical delivery is 3 to 5 working days. No delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping is free.

What if my address isn't accepted at checkout?
The checkout result is the source of truth. If checkout doesn't accept your address, such as certain remote islands or overseas territories, that store can't deliver there. Reach out to us before placing the order and we'll confirm whether your address is covered.
Can I order from a store outside my region?
No. Each store ships only within its own region, so an order placed on one regional store can't be delivered to an address in another region.
