Where is my official Plaud store order number?
Check the order confirmation email from the official Plaud store. The order number looks like #PLA1234XX or #PLAUDXX12345. You can also log in to the store you purchased from and open your order history.
Bought from a third-party retailer?
If you purchased from a third-party retailer or online marketplace instead of the official Plaud store, your order number comes from that platform, not from Plaud. Provide the order number exactly as it appears in the platform's order confirmation email or your order history there, along with the email address you used on that platform. Order numbers in the #PLA1234XX or #PLAUDXX12345 format apply to official Plaud store orders only.
