Yes. You can bind multiple Plaud devices, such as a Plaud Note and a Plaud NotePin, to the same account. Your membership and AI features belong to your account, not to any single device.
How multiple devices work with one account
Bind each device to your account through the Plaud App. Recordings from every bound device sync to the same library, so your transcripts and summaries stay in one place no matter which device captured them.
Does my membership cover all my devices?
Yes. Your Plaud AI membership is tied to your account, not to a device. Transcription and AI features draw from the same plan regardless of which device you record with, and switching or adding a device doesn't affect your plan.
What to keep in mind
- Each device can be bound to only one account at a time. To move a device to a different account, unbind it first.
- A device connects to one smartphone at a time. Once connected, it isn't searchable from other phones until you unpair it.
- Recordings from all your devices share the same account library and sync settings.
FAQ about using multiple devices
Can I use two Plaud devices on one paid plan?
Yes. Your plan belongs to your account, so it covers recordings from every device bound to that account.
Can I log in to my account on two phones?
Yes. You can log in to the same account on another phone. Note that each device still connects to one phone at a time.
Will my files mix together?
Recordings from all devices appear in the same library. Use file names or tags in the Plaud App to keep them organized.
