Does my current plan change?
No. Updating to the new Plaud Intelligence does not change your current subscription price or transcription allowance, and you don't need to do anything.
What do I get on top?
Once this update is live, every account receives a one-time grant of free Plaud Credits to use Plaud Agent during the preview period, on top of your existing plan benefits:
- The one-time grant amount will depend on your plan and will be shown in your account when issued.
- Plaud One Explorer Edition pre-order: 20,000 Plaud Credits ($200 worth), added on top of the grant your plan receives
During the Preview credit-grant campaign, each plan's grant is issued once: upgrading to a higher plan grants that plan's Plaud Credits, while downgrading grants nothing for the lower plan. Downgrading or cancelling your subscription doesn't take back Plaud Credits you already received; they stay in your account until they expire.
Granted Plaud Credits are valid for 3 months from the date you receive them; any unused Plaud Credits expire and are removed at the end of that period. Within the validity period, your Plaud Credits are only deducted by your own usage. Explorer pre-order Plaud Credits are valid for 12 months from activation.
The Preview credit-grant campaign ends on December 31, 2026. Plaud Credits already granted remain valid for 3 months from their grant date, even if their expiration date falls after December 31.
Can I still buy or renew the current plans?
Yes. This update does not change the availability of your current plan for purchase or renewal.
Do my redemption codes still work?
Yes. Existing redemption codes work as before.
