How to edit a transcript?
- Open the recording, then tap the Audio & transcript card to open the transcript.
- Long-press the paragraph you want to fix, then tap Edit in the pop-up menu.
- Make your changes, then tap Save.
Good to know
- Editing the transcript doesn't update an existing summary. To get a summary that reflects your edits, regenerate it.
- For a term that repeats throughout the transcript, use Find & replace instead of editing line by line.
- To prevent the same recognition errors in future recordings, add the term to your Custom vocabulary list.

Does editing consume transcription minutes?
No. Editing text is free. Only re-transcription consumes minutes.
