What is personalization?
Personalization lets Plaud Agent tailor its responses using Work details (your job function, industry, seniority, and primary use case), More about you (your role, meeting types, ongoing projects, or working preferences), and AI preferences (how Plaud should work for you: response style, language, and output preferences).
These apply to your Ask Plaud conversations, in both Chat and Work modes. They don't change transcription or summaries; use custom vocabulary and summary templates for those.
How to manage personalization?
- Tap the menu button (☰), tap Settings, then go to Personalization under Workspace.
- Tap Edit next to Work details (this restarts the onboarding questions), then fill in More about you and AI preferences.

Why doesn't personalization change my summaries?
Personalization applies to Ask Plaud conversations. Summaries follow your summary template and detail level settings.
