With New Plaud Intelligence, you can redeem an activation code from your membership page in the Plaud Mobile App or from Membership Center on Plaud Web. The same steps work for Plaud Credits, transcription minutes, and membership plans.
Applies to: v4.0.x or later. Still using v3.30.x or earlier Plaud Mobile App? See How to redeem an activation code in the Plaud App?.
What is an activation code?
An activation code is a unique redemption key that adds Plaud Credits, transcription minutes, or a membership plan to your account, depending on the code. You don't need to choose a code type. The app recognizes it automatically. Plaud Credits are used only in Work mode in Ask Plaud, where Plaud Agent carries out tasks for you. Codes come from promotions, hardware bundles, and partnership programs. Each code can only be redeemed once. To learn how a membership code works with your current plan, see Upgrade and downgrade rules — for v4.0.x or later.
Before you start
- Log in to the Plaud account you want the code applied to. Codes can only be redeemed on personal accounts, not in Plaud Team.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Have your activation code ready. Copying it to your clipboard helps avoid typos. Can't find your code? See Where can I find the activation code for AI membership?
How to redeem a code

FAQ about redeeming codes
What does "Invalid code" mean?
The code wasn't recognized. Check for character mix-ups such as O and 0 or I and 1, and remove any spaces before or after the code.
Why does it say the code was already used?
The code has already been redeemed, on this account or another one. Each activation code works only once.
Can I use an expired code?
No. Some codes have an expiration date and can't be redeemed after it passes.
I redeemed the code, but my balance hasn't updated. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes, then reopen the membership page. Balances can take up to 10 minutes to update. To check your balance, see Where can I find the details of my membership? — for v4.0.x or later or How do I view my Plaud Credits details? — for v4.0.x or later.
Still have questions?
If your code still fails or your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, submit a request. Include your account email, the activation code, and your order number or a screenshot of your membership page.
