Plaud One charging case won't connect to the Plaud Mobile App? This article covers a case that connected before but now can't, for example when the device list in the Mobile App keeps loading. Setting up a new device for the first time? See Plaud One pairing failed instead.
Steps
-
Charge the case for 15 minutes
Connect the case to power for at least 15 minutes.
-
Update the Plaud Mobile App
Install the latest version of the Plaud Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
-
Restart the case
Restarting clears the Bluetooth pairing of both the case and the earbuds.
- Place both earbuds in the case and unplug the charging cable.
- Press and hold the pairing button inside the case for 15 seconds.
- In your phone's Bluetooth settings, choose Forget This Device for Plaud One Earbuds.
- Set up Plaud One again in the Plaud Mobile App, the same way you first bound it. See How to bind Plaud One to your Plaud account.
-
Try connecting again
Open and close the lid of the case to wake it up, then open the Plaud Mobile App and check whether Plaud One shows as connected.
-
If you see a "bound to another account" message
The device is still linked to another account. Follow Device bound to another account to rule out your own accounts first and, for second-hand devices, ask the previous owner to unbind.
