Getting started with Plaud Team is instant and fully managed online. Once you subscribe, your Admin-level workspace is automatically generated, allowing you to start inviting teammates right away.
Before you start
- To purchase a Plaud Team subscription, please visit Plaud Web. In-app purchase is not supported for Team plans.
- You must have a Plaud account to purchase a subscription. If you don't already have one, you can easily create an account during the checkout process.
- The minimum purchase is 2 seats and the self-service maximum is 50 seats.
- Keep your company name and country handy for a smooth setup.
- Have a valid credit or debit card ready — payment is processed through Stripe.
How do I sign up for Plaud Team?
Step 1: Go to the Plaud Team purchase page
Visit the Teams purchase page on the Plaud website. If you are already a Plaud user, you can also find the Teams entry point from the Membership Center or the Create a Team workspace button on Plaud Web.
Step 2: Create your workspace
Enter the following information:
- Company name — the name that will appear as your workspace name

Country — pre-filled based on your IP address; you can adjust it manually.
Step 3: Configure your subscription

Seat count — purchase between 2 and 50 seats directly through our website. Keep in mind that every team member you invite will require their own seat.
- Billing cycle — choose between Monthly or Annual billing. See Before you buy: Plaud Team pricing and purchase FAQ for current pricing.
Step 4: Complete payment
You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details. VAT applicable to your country will be reflected at checkout.
After successful payment:
- Your Team workspace is created immediately
- You become the first Admin
- Subscription benefits activate right away
If you exit before completing payment, the workspace will not be saved.

FAQ about Plaud Team sign-up
Can I sign up for Plaud Team on the Plaud App?
Plaud Team subscriptions cannot be purchased through the mobile app. You will need to complete your upgrade on Plaud Web. Once your account is set up, you can fully access your Team workspace directly in the Plaud App.
Can I change the seat count after purchase?
Yes. Admins can add seats at any time (billed prorated for the remaining period) and reduce seats starting at the next billing cycle, with a minimum of 2 seats. See Managing your Plaud Team subscription.
What happens if I exit before completing payment?
If you close the page before Stripe confirms payment, the workspace is not saved. You'll need to restart the sign-up flow. No partial charges are made.
Do I need a new Plaud account to sign up for Teams?
No, you don't need a new account. You can easily use your existing Plaud account to set up a Team workspace. Your current Personal workspace and any individual subscriptions remain completely unchanged—the Team workspace simply acts as a brand new, totally separate environment.
