How does Plaud Team pricing work?
Plaud Team is priced per seat, meaning you pay for each Member in your workspace. Each seat includes access to all features. The total amount updates automatically based on your seat count and selected billing cycle. The displayed currency is determined by your country or region at the time of purchase.
What billing cycles does Plaud Team support?
Plaud Team offers two billing options: monthly and annual. Annual billing comes with a per-seat discount compared to monthly. Current prices for your country or region are shown on the Plaud Team purchase page during checkout.

Can I sign up for Plaud Team on my phone?
You can access and use your Plaud Team workspace on mobile (both the Plaud App and mobile browser). However, purchasing a Plaud Team subscription must be completed on the web — in-app purchase (IAP) is not supported for Team plans.
What information do I need to provide when purchasing?
The purchase flow has two steps:
- Workspace basics — company name and country (pre-filled based on your IP, adjustable)
- Purchase details — seat count (minimum 2, maximum 50 for direct web purchase), billing cycle, and payment information
Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT, GST) for your country will be reflected at checkout. Your company's country determines the tax jurisdiction, regardless of which currency you pay in.
How do I purchase a Plaud Team plan?
Go to the Plaud Team purchase page on the web. After completing both steps above and completing checkout, your workspace will be created automatically and benefits activate immediately.
If you exit before completing payment, the workspace will not be saved.
