This page is a navigation hub for payment failures, cancellation, and what happens after a Plaud Team subscription ends. A failed payment starts a 7-day grace period for you to update payment; if retries continue to fail past day 7, the workspace becomes read-only (and remains so through full expiry on day 14). Cancellation lets you stop future renewals while keeping access until the end of the current cycle.
