The Web knowledge base organizes your files with side navigation and folders. Drag-and-drop works throughout.
What changed?
The single file list becomes a side-navigation structure shared with the Plaud Mobile App: meeting files organized around calendar events, folders (nested up to 5 levels) with the pinned Recordings and Imports system folders, Trash inside your library, and a breadcrumb on folder pages. Recording and importing sit under the Add button in the side navigation (alongside Home, Library, Ask Plaud, and Tools), and you can drag files from your computer into the browser.
Organizing files
- Rename, move, and delete from each file's menu, or select several files for batch actions. Find anything with Search on Plaud Web.
- Restored files return to their original folder; if the folder was deleted, they go to your file home.
- Deleting a folder can't be undone, and its files move to Trash.

Where did my old files go?
They migrate with your account and appear in the new structure. See Upgrading to the new Plaud App in the Plaud Mobile App section.
