Plaud Team gives organizations a shared workspace where teams capture, transcribe, and summarize together.
A Plaud Team workspace provides:
- Centralized billing across all users in the organization
- Admin controls for managing Members, roles, and seats
- Visibility into team device access and binding through Workspace management
- A private workspace boundary — each Member's recordings and notes are visible only to them by default, and can be shared.
How is Plaud Team priced?

How do I get started?
Prerequisites: Plaud Team sign-up runs in Plaud Web or a mobile browser. The Plaud App does not support Team sign-up — you cannot create a Team workspace from the iOS/Android app.
To set up Plaud Team:
- Go to the Plaud Team purchase page on the web.
- Enter your company name. Your country is pre-filled based on your region and determines the billing currency.
- Select the number of seats (minimum 2) and your billing cycle.
- Complete checkout to finish payment.
After payment, your Team workspace is created automatically and you become the first Admin. You can then invite teammates to join.

FAQ about Plaud Team
How is Plaud Team different from the Plaud individual plan?
Plaud's individual plans are designed for users who record, transcribe, and summarize their own notes. Plaud Team adds a managed team environment with centralized billing, admin controls, Member management, and device visibility. Each Member's content in the Team workspace stays private by default and can be shared with teammates via invite. Is there a free trial or minimum commitment?
Plaud Team does not currently offer a free trial. The minimum commitment is 2 seats, and you can reduce seats or cancel after purchase at any time. For refund and cancellation details, see Payment issues, cancellation, and expiry.
Can I use an existing Plaud device with a Team workspace?
Yes. An existing Plaud device can be bound to a Team workspace through the Plaud App. Once bound, new recordings sync to the Team workspace. Device binding is not available on Plaud Web.
Can I purchase Plaud Team on my phone?
You can purchase from a mobile browser (mobile web), but not from the Plaud App — in-app purchase (IAP) is not supported for Team plans. After purchase, you can access and use your Team workspace on the Plaud App.
